Hey team, Dave here! 👋
The new Momence membership software is ready to go! 🎉
You all now have a Momence account with your membership and payment schedules attached to it.
When you have a quick minute, please do the following:
Download the 'Momence' app from your app store. If you prefer not to use a phone app, you can access your membership at www.momence.com/sign-in
At the login screen, hit the 'Forgot Password' button so that you can set your password. Your email address will be the same one you used with Mindbody.
Once logged in to the app/website, go to your account and add your payment details.
We will need this done before Monday so that there's no hiccups when your next membership payment is due.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A NEW MEMBERSHIP IN THE MOMENCE APP. All of your memberships are already in there, ready to go.
Once this is done, you’ll be able to book in for next week’s classes! You’ll also see a welcome message about the new features in the in-app news feed.
